Eliminated or Inconsistent With Original Intent. If, during the Term, any standard system or organization referenced in this Agreement should be eliminated or cease to exist, or is modified or replaced and such modification or replacement is inconsistent with the original spirit and intent of this Agreement, then in such event the Parties will negotiate in good faith to amend this Agreement to a standard, system or organization that would be consistent with the original spirit and intent of this Agreement.
