Elimination of Customs Duties. 1. The Parties shall, on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, abolish all customs duties on imports of products originating in an EFTA State or in Chile, except as provided for in Annex VI. 2. The Parties shall, on the date of entry into force of this Agreement, abolish all customs duties on exports of goods of a Party in trade between the Parties. 3. No new customs duty shall be introduced nor shall those already applied be increased in trade between the EFTA States and Chile.
