Common use of Elimination of Force Majeure Event Clause in Contracts

Elimination of Force Majeure Event. A Party relying on the provisions of Section 11.3 will take all commercially reasonable steps to eliminate any Force Majeure Event and, if possible, will perform its obligations under this Agreement as far as practical, but nothing herein will require the Party to question or test the validity of any Applicable Law or order of any government or governmental authority or to complete its obligations if an Event of Force Majeure renders completion impossible.
