Common use of Email Communications Clause in Contracts

Email Communications. The Credit Union recommends against you forwarding any private or sensitive information to the Credit Union via email. You understand and agree that the Credit Union shall have no liability to any member for any loss, claim or damages arising or in any way related to the Credit Union’s response(s) to any e-mail or other electronic communication, which the Credit Union in good faith believe has been submitted by a member. Additionally, it is further agreed that the Credit Union may refuse to send certain information through unsecured email communications and we reserve the right to require any notices from our members to be submitted in writing.
