Email Services. 4.1.1 This paragraph 4 applies only if You purchase Email Services from Us as selected on Your Application Form. 4.1.2 We will issue to You user name(s) and password(s) for Your employees and electronic addresses so that Your employees may use the Email Service. 4.1.3 We reserve the right to make changes to the specification of the Email Service without notice. We may delete any email held using email addresses You have registered with Us if You have not accessed Your email for more than 3 months. 4.1.4 Unless otherwise notified, Your Email Service will be renewed on an annual or monthly basis depending on the Email Service provided and as outlined in the Price List. 4.1.5 It is Your responsibility to keep Your password(s) secret. If a Third Party uses Your username and password with or without Your consent, then You will be responsible any costs incurred.

In relation to email, end users must not use the service to: a. harass, menace, upset, annoy or inconvenience any person; b. send bulk unsolicited email to others; c. send email that hides or obscures the source of the email the end user sends, that contains invalid or forged headers or domain names or deceptive addressing; d. receive responses from bulk unsolicited email where the original was distributed by the end user, even if not via the service;

Email Services. Users will have access to web-based email upon signup, allowing them to send and receive email from the Email Site.

Email Services. A service providing and managing the systems for sending and receiving electronic mail messages over computer networks, as between personal computers. Based on a store-and-forward model where neither the users or their computers are required to be online simultaneously; they only need to connect briefly to send and receive messages. Email servers accept, forward, deliver and store messages. Emergency Change A Change that must be introduced as soon as possible: for example, to resolve a Major Incident or implement a security patch. The Process for Change Management shall have a specific procedure for handling Emergency Changes.
