Email Services. For your convenience, we may offer the option of using email notifications, news updates, and account information via email. All mailings include an opt-out option. An email may be automatically sent to the user following account registration. You may opt out of receiving these emails within the “Settings” menu in the Services.

Email Services. 4.1.1 This paragraph 4 applies only if You purchase Email Services from Us as selected on Your Application Form.

Email Services. Users will have access to web-based email upon signup, allowing them to send and receive email from the Email Site.
Email Services. Where provided, email accounts will be supplied by Evergreen at an annual cost. POP (or IMAP) and SMTP services are both available, for use with most email applications and mobile telephones with email ability. A free email forwarding service is available. Forwarding and aliased email addresses may be set up by Xxxxxxxxx on request. Forwarding means email to the client's domain will be set up to forward to email POP accounts held with other providers, and in this case Evergreen does not provide an email sending (SMTP) service. Evergreen are not able to provide technical support for the setup of the client's email account on their computer(s) or mobile telephone(s). Most email applications are straightforward and can be set up easily from the details provided. However the client may need to use a local support provider or staff expert when necessary.
Email Services. The State elects to offer email services. Each inmate will have a free stamp account that is topped off to equal 8 per month. ODRC will compensate JPay $0.20 per free stamp. Outbound inmate email only.
Email Services. 4.1 SonicSpider provides email accounts through Xxxx.xxx. However, this service is basic and should not be considered a robust email service. SonicSpider will provide limited set up and support for this service. If the customer would like additional assistance it will be billable to you at our current rate.
