Annual Plans. (a) An annual financial and operating plan for the Group, including an annual budget for each Financial Year (the “Annual Plan”) based on the Five-Year Business Plan shall be submitted by the CEO to the Board for its approval not later than the end of the second week of the last calendar month (“Deadline”) of the immediately preceding Financial Year.
(b) If the proposed Annual Plan for the Financial Year is projected to fail to meet or exceed any of the KPIs or MPTs (if any) for such year, such Annual Plan shall not be adopted without the unanimous approval of the Board. However, if such projected failure is due solely to the failure to satisfy any of the KPIs and, as a result, the Annual Plan is not unanimously approved by the Board, DAP shall not have the right to exercise the Deadlock Option under Section 8.10, but instead the matter shall be resolved by the chief executive officer or the chief operating officer of WWI. For the avoidance of doubt, if the proposed Annual Plan for the Financial Year is projected to fail to meet or exceed any of the MPTs for such year (regardless of whether the Annual Plan meets or exceeds the KPIs), such Annual Plan shall not be adopted without the unanimous approval of the Board and the Deadlock Option will apply if such approval is not obtained.
(c) If the actual performance of the Group during any Financial Year fails to meet or exceed any of the MPTs for such year (based on numbers available on the Deadline and the projected numbers for the period starting from the Deadline and ending on the last day of the Financial Year), the Annual Plan for the following Financial Year shall not be adopted without the unanimous approval of the Board, and DAP’s right to exercise the Deadlock Option under Section 8.10 shall apply if such approval is not obtained unless the failure to meet or exceed any of the MPTs was contemplated when the applicable Annual Plan was unanimously approved by the Board. Nothing in this Section 12.3(c) shall preclude DAP from exercising its rights under Section 15 with respect to the Milestones to be reached.
(d) If the Board has not approved the applicable Annual Plan by the Deadline, the annual budget (as set forth in the last approved Annual Plan) shall continue to apply for the first three (3) months of the subsequent Financial Year. Annual Plans. There are plans and policies that need to be maintained by the WIC Coordinator. The WIC staff may assist with carrying out some of the plans, which include:
Annual Plans. 1. On the basis of this Agreement the Parties work out annual plans of military co- -operation.
2. The plan of co-operation will include designation, place, date and form of implementation of the activities, and also the number of participants.
Annual Plans. For each calendar year of the Program, an Annual Plan shall be approved by the Committee no later than ninety (90) days before the end of the prior calendar year. The Annual Plan for 1996 shall be prepared and approved by the Committee no later than thirty (30)days after the date hereof. Each Annual Plan shall be in writing and shall set forth with reasonable specificity research objectives, milestones, budgets and personnel requirements for Program activities to be conducted during the year covered by such Annual Plan. Annual Plans. The Health and Wellbeing Board will annually ratify the overall proposals from the Partners to be funded from their shares of the BCF Pooled Fund.
Annual Plans. The Project Implementing Entity shall:
(a) prepare, by no later than March 31 in each year, commencing on March 31, 2010, and furnish to Association for review and concurrence, a draft annual Implementation plan of Project activities, for the next following fiscal year, which plan shall identify Project activities by component and sub-component, and their related expenditures and financing sources;
(b) promptly thereafter, by no later than May 31 next following, finalize such annual plans on the basis of the drafts discussed agreed with the Association, and
(c) thereafter, implement the Project activities during the respective fiscal year covered by each such annual plan, in accordance with the so finalized plan.
Annual Plans. 1. The Recipient shall cause the VEA PMU and EVN PMU to prepare and, by no later than December 1 of each calendar year, commencing 2009, submit to the World Bank for its review and approval annual work plan in respect of their respective Project activities for the following calendar year; and thereafter implement the Project in accordance with such annual work plan taking into account the World Bank’s comments thereon.
2. The Recipient shall cause the VEA PMU to prepare and, by no later than December 1 of each calendar year, commencing 2009, provide to the World Bank for its review and comment, an annual training program; and thereafter, carry out such training program as shall have been agreed with the World Bank. The procedure to be followed for National Competitive Bidding shall be those set forth in Article 18 on Open Bidding of the Law on Procurement 61/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005 and Decree 58/2008/ND-CP, Guiding Implementation of Law on Procurement and Selection of Construction Contractors under the Construction Law dated May 5, 2008 (collectively, “National Procurement Laws”) with due consideration to economy, efficiency and transparency as set forth in, and broad consistency with, Section I of the “Guidelines for Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Association in May 2004 and revised in October 2006 (the Guidelines) and required by paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines. Whenever any procedure in the National Procurement Laws is inconsistent with the requirements of said paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the Guidelines, the latter shall prevail, including the following:
Annual Plans. All treatment contractors will submit an annual plan with their recontracting proposal (generally by the end of the week in May) for the following:
a. Staff Training Plan. To promote staff development and competency, an annual staff training plan is required. In addition to alcohol and drug treatment and prevention training topics, the training plan must include the following: Safety and infectious disease policy issues prevention, treatment, confidentiality, and referrals Admission priority and waiting list requirements, TB testing and services, and interim services for injection drug users; ADA requirements and agency plan Programmatic issues related to the diverse aspects of the population culture, acculturation and assimilation, cultural competency and Latino accessibility, dual diagnosis, and other population characteristics)
Annual Plans. Lessee shall prepare and submit to Lessor for Lessor’s reasonable approval an annual plan for the operation of the Golf Course by Lessee, which plan shall include Lessee’s projected income and budgeted expenses for the year, including the number of rounds projected to be played during such year broken down by each guest or other category, a schedule of the Lessor-approved capital improvements to be completed in such year and such other information as may be reasonably requested by Lessor. The annual plan for calendar year 2010 has been submitted to Lessor and the Lessee’s plan for the first quarter of 2011 shall be submitted to Lessee by October 15, 2010. Along with each annual plan, Lessee shall also submit to Lessor a report on Lessee’s compliance with the Golf Course Standard described in paragraph 8(a) above.
