Emergencies and Liaison. 14.5.1 As soon as practicable after the date hereof the Parties will develop Liaison Procedures in accordance with the provisions of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 17 [Liaison Procedures], and the Concessionaire will comply with all such Liaison Procedures in respect of all matters to which they relate.
