Common use of Emergency Building Use Clause in Contracts

Emergency Building Use. In the case of an emergency situation (e.g., a flood) in a building in one member town when students and staff need to be moved for any time period, the students and staff will be moved to another school building in that member town. If moving to another school building in the member town is not feasible, the Superintendent or their designee shall have authority to move the students to another building on a temporary basis. Any move that exceeds thirty days must be approved by the Committee.
