Emergency Disaster Provisions. 1. No unit member will be required to return to a school site closed as a result of an emergency/disaster unless/until the site has been inspected by a public agency qualified to determine the safety of the buildings and grounds. 2. Unit members who are asked to stay on site when the majority of unit members are allowed to leave, will accrue one-half (1/2) day of sick leave for every three (3) hours of extra duty.
