Emergency Field Trips. 1. After regular field trips are assigned, a list of emergency field trips is generated. A list of all known emergency trips will be posted by 5:00 a.m. the day prior to the trip. The dispatcher will put an “emergency trip notification” on the time card of eligible drivers. Response is due by 7:00 a.m.
