EMERGENCY MEASURES AND EVACUATION PLAN. The Company will ensure the Emergency Measures and Evacuation Plan will be kept current. The plan will include a first response team comprised of both salaried and hourly employees on a volunteer basis. The first response team will receive necessary training and re-training as required to be effective in responding to plant emergencies and shall have a mutually agreed to practice schedule. The Company will post a notice indicating the members of such a team. The Company will make every effort to make employees aware of the Emergency Measures and Evacuation Procedures. The Plant will conduct periodic drills, but no less than once per annum.
