Emergency Outages. Where SAPPHIRE is unable to give more than 48 hours’ notice of its intention to undertake an Emergency Outage, should critical Microsoft, AV or other updates be required for example, SAPPHIRE will make reasonable endeavours to undertake the service within a mutually agreed time window. Emergency outages do not constitute Downtime as per the SLA.

Emergency Outages. It may be necessary on occasion for Fuse to take some or all of the services offline in order to perform activities required to ensure the quality and security of our service. Fuse will always look to perform any activities proactively in advance or via a scheduled outage. However, if this is not possible and Fuse are obliged to carry our work in order to fulfil other contractual obligations, then will reserve the right to conduct an emergency outage. Fuse will endeavour to give as much notice as possible to the affected users.
