Maintenance Schedules. Dominion Virginia Power shall schedule the maintenance of its Transmission Facilities and any outages (other than forced outages) of the Transmission Facilities taking into account transmission and generation outage schedules established by PJM and the PJM Manuals, and in accordance with the following planned outage scheduling procedures: Issued By: Xxxxx Xxxxxx Effective: May 1, 2005 Vice President, Government Policy Issued On: May 11, 2004 PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (i) No later than the first day of the month immediately preceding the month in which the transfers of responsibility to PJM specified in Section 2.3 become effective, Dominion Virginia Power shall submit planned outage schedules for the twelve month period beginning on such effective date for all outages that are expected to exceed five working days duration or that are anticipated to result in significant system impacts, with regular (at least monthly) updates as new information becomes available.
(ii) Dominion Virginia Power shall submit planned outage schedules for periods subsequent to the twelve month period specified in Section 4.5.1(i) one year in advance for all outages that are expected to exceed five working days duration or that are anticipated to result in significant system impacts, with regular (at least monthly) updates as new information becomes available.
(iii) Dominion Virginia Power shall submit notice of all planned outages to PJM by the first day of the month preceding the month the outage will commence, with updates as new information becomes available.
(iv) If notice of a planned outage is not provided by the first day of the month preceding the month the outage will commence, and if such outage is determined by PJM to have the potential to cause transmission system congestion, then PJM may require Dominion Virginia Power to implement an alternative outage schedule to reduce or avoid the congestion. PJM shall perform this analysis and notify Dominion Virginia Power in a timely manner if it will require rescheduling of the outage.
(v) PJM shall post notice of planned outages on OASIS upon receipt of such notice from Dominion Virginia Power; provided, however, that PJM shall not post on OASIS notice of any component of a planned outage to the extent such component shall directly reveal a generator outage. Maintenance Schedules. 7.01 Contractor shall, within ten (10) days after the effective date of this Agreement, submit a facility work schedule to the Director for review and approval. Said work schedule shall be set on an annual calendar identifying and delineating the time frames for the required functions by the day of the week, morning and afternoon. In addition, Contractor shall notify the Director, in writing, at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled date and time for the eradication process of rodents pursuant to Sections 40 and 41 of this SOW.
7.02 The Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs substantially from planned performance. Said revisions shall be submitted to the Director for his review, and if appropriate his approval, within five (5) working days prior to scheduled time for the work.
7.03 The above provisions are not construed to eliminate the Contractor's responsibility in complying with the requirements to notify the Director for Specialty Type maintenance as set forth immediately hereinafter.
7.04 Contractor shall notify the Director, in writing, at least two (2) weeks prior to the date and time of all "Specialty Type" maintenance operations. "Specialty Type" operations are defined as:
a. Fertilization
b. Turf renovation/reseeding
c. Micro-Nutrients/soil amendments
d. Spraying of trees, shrubs or turf e. Other items as determined by the Director.

Maintenance Schedules. NCPA shall provide the CAISO on an annual basis with a schedule of planned maintenance of those generation and transmission facilities identified in Schedule 1, and other transmission facilities serving a similar function or which otherwise would significantly affect the CAISO Balancing Authority Area in accordance with Schedule 4. NCPA and the CAISO shall also maintain records of the Maintenance Outages scheduled by NCPA on such facilities and their actual duration.
Maintenance Schedules. The annual fixed fee and Approved Capital Expenditures were developed based upon an Assumed Maintenance Schedule contained in Exhibit 7 hereto and the scope of Services to be provided. Any deviations from such schedule or scope, are subject to the approval of NGC. The Parties shall mutually agree to adjustments to the annual fixed fee to reflect the economic impacts of any such change in schedule or scope. NGS shall use all reasonable efforts to not schedule maintenance during peak production periods, except with the consent of NGC or as required by Good Industry Practice.
Maintenance Schedules. It is the intention of the Company to schedule coverage at the plant over seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Various schedules will be required and it is agreed that maintenance employees will be scheduled and required to work same on a weekly shift rotation. The parties have agreed that the Company may schedule maintenance employees on any five(5) consecutive days of the calendar week, with a two (2) day break between both work weeks, at regular rates of pay. The parties further agree to meet during the term of the agreement to discuss the implementation of shift schedules which would be in excess of eight (8) hours per day.
Maintenance Schedules. Since this is a full maintenance contract, the Contractor must follow all manufacturers suggested maintenance procedures in addition to the minimum maintenance schedules outlined in this contract. The attached maintenance schedules are the minimum requirement. When replacements are required, the items must be new and of equal quality or better than the original part.
Maintenance Schedules. The Fuse Platform is designed as a Global 24x7 platform and the vast majority of changes and maintenance to the platform are carried out without service interruption. However, there may be occasions where selective services may need to be taken offline for release, maintenance or upgrade purposes. Fuse reserve the right to conduct scheduled outage for the purpose of release, maintenance and or upgrade for up to 4 hours in any calendar month. Customers who will be affected will be notified at least 1 week in advance. Fuse will detail the service(s) that will be offline and the expected duration of the outage. Fuse will endeavour to carry out this work at a time where the fewest users will be impacted and will also attempt to accommodate any customer specific events and timings. However, given the global nature of the services it may not be possible to accommodate all requests and Fuse reserve the right to determine the timing and duration of any outage. It may be necessary on occasion for Fuse to take some or all of the services offline in order to perform activities required to ensure the quality and security of our service. Fuse will always look for perform any activities proactively in advance or via a scheduled outage. However, if this is not possible and Fuse are obliged to carry our work in order to fulfil other contractual obligations, then will reserve the right to conduct an emergency outage. Fuse will endeavour to give as much notice as possible to the affected users.
Maintenance Schedules. AVEVA shall use commercially reasonable ef forts to provide Customers with notice of any Scheduled Downtime and Emergency Downtown as set forth below: Scheduled Downtime 72 hours Emergency Downtime AVEVA will endeavor to provide prior notice of any service impacting Emergency Downtime as is reasonably practicable.
Maintenance Schedules. To stay current with security and system patches, maintenance windows for email services will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. System down time is limited and often unnoticed by end users. When an outage is expected, DoIT will provide 7 days advanced notification, when possible, exception would be a critical event needing immediate action.
