Common use of Emergency Preparedness and Continuity of Operations Clause in Contracts

Emergency Preparedness and Continuity of Operations. 35.1 If the tasks to be performed pursuant to this contract include the physical care and control of clients, or the administration and coordination of services necessary for client health, safety, or welfare, the Contractor shall, within thirty (30) calendar days of the execution of this contract, submit to the DOEA Contract Manager, verification of an Emergency Preparedness Plan. In the event of an emergency, the Contractor shall notify the Department of emergency provisions.
