Emergency Services in an Outpatient Hospital. With regard to Emergency Services delivered to Enrollees in an outpatient hospital, the Contractor is responsible to pay only for those services rendered by a psychiatrist. The Contractor is responsible for these services regardless of whether the psychiatrist rendering the services is a Non-Network Provider.
