Emergency Services Leave. 6.17.1 Subject to operational requirements, paid leave of absence shall be granted by the Employer to an Employee who is an active volunteer member of State Emergency Service, St Xxxx Ambulance Brigade, Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service, Xxxx Fire Brigades, Volunteer Marine Rescue Services Groups or FESA Units, in order to allow for attendances at emergencies as declared by the recognised authority.
Emergency Services Leave. (a) An Employee who engages in a voluntary emergency management activity is entitled to be absent without loss of pay from his or her employment for a total of 5 days per annum commencing at the start of each calendar year. For the avoidance of doubt, any days not utilised by the Employee by the end of the calendar year, do not carry over into the subsequent year.
Emergency Services Leave a) The company is an essential service and release of employees has to have regard to the company operational requirement to meet its customer and community demands during times of emergency. Employees will be provided with paid leave to attend to emergency service issues that relate to threats such as xxxx fires & floods where practicable in their local community. No limit shall apply to this leave, however proof will be required of participation/attendance and each case will be examined on its merits, having regard to the company’s operational requirements.
Emergency Services Leave. 25.1 Full time and part time employees involved in recognised voluntary services including SES and fire fighting shall be entitled to up to 2 weeks paid time off to attend to emergency situations.
Emergency Services Leave. 4.9.1 Full-time and part-time team members involved in recognised voluntary services including SES and fire fighting shall be entitled to paid time off at ordinary time rates to attend to emergency situations.
Emergency Services Leave. (a) If the Employee is a registered member of a volunteer Organisation and is called upon, the Employee will be released from normal duties without loss of salary or entitlements to participate in fire fighting, flood relief, or other declared emergency activity.
Emergency Services Leave. 7.9.1 A team member, other than a casual, involved in recognised voluntary services including SES and fire fighting shall be entitled to paid time off to attend to emergency situations which may affect the community as a whole.

Emergency Services Leave. AT A GLANCE Permanent employees who are members of emergency services organisations may be entitled to take paid leave when they are required to provide services to an emergency services organisation of which they are a member.
Emergency Services Leave. 44.1 Staff members will be entitled to leave to engage in voluntary emergency management activities in accordance with the Community Service Leave provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (see Chapter 2, Part 2-2, Division 8 of the Act).
