Common use of EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

EMERGENCY WAIVER PROVISIONS. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the City, such as acts of God, fire, flood, insurrection, civil disorder, national emergency, or similar circumstances, the provisions of this Agreement which restrict the City's ability to respond to these emergencies shall be suspended for the duration of such emergency. After the emergency is over, the Group shall have the right to meet with the City regarding their impact on employees of the suspension of these provisions in the Agreement.
