Emission Reductions generated after the Crediting Period. If the Project generates any Certified Emission Reductions after the Crediting Period, Purchaser shall enter into negotiations with Project Proponent with a view to concluding an agreement on the purchase of such Certified Emission Reductions based on the principles of this Agreement but amended in order to reflect the international and/or national rules then applicable.
