EMPLOY PERSONS AND SERVICES. To employ persons in the operation and management of the business of the Partnership, including, but not limited to, supervisory managing agents, accountants, bookkeepers, attorneys, insurance brokers, real estate brokers and loan brokers, on such terms and for such compensation as the General Partner shall determine, subject, however, to the limitations with respect thereto as specified in Section 8.3 of this Agreement. 8.3.2.6
