Employed Providers and Contracting Providers. The PC shall have complete control of and responsibility for the hiring, engagement, compensation, supervision evaluation, and termination of all Employed Providers and Contracting Providers, including nurses, physician assistants and other licensed healthcare professionals. With respect to physicians, the PC shall only employ and contract with licensed physicians meeting applicable credentialing guidelines established by the PC. The PC shall be responsible for the payment of salaries and wages, compensation, payroll taxes, employee benefits, and all other taxes and charges now or hereafter applicable to Employed Providers and Contracting Providers. Prior to making any changes with respect to any of the Employed Providers or Contracting Providers, the PC shall consult with MANAGEMENT SERVICES, although MANAGEMENT SERVICES shall provide input only and shall not conclude whether an Employed Provider should be hired or terminated.
