Fees for Professional Services. Professional Services Consultant shall receive as compensation, subject to additions and deductions provided for herein, for professional services required herein, including services performed by professional subconsultants identified in Article D of this Agreement, a fee, plus authorized reimbursables (described in F.2 below), as described in the work order form for each project.
