Common use of Employed Providers Clause in Contracts

Employed Providers. Contracted Provider shall maintain and enforce binding internal policies and procedures or agreements with its employed Providers that are consistent with and require adherence to this Agreement. Contracted Provider shall provide Health Plan with such information requested by Health Plan, or as required by a Governmental Authority or accreditation body, necessary to verify the employment of its employed Providers.
