Employee Acknowledgment. The Employee affirms and attests, by signing this Agreement, that the Employee has read this Agreement before signing it and that the Employee fully understands its purposes, terms, and provisions, which the Employee hereby expressly acknowledges to be reasonable in all respects. The Employee further acknowledges receipt of one copy of this Agreement.
