Common use of Employee Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Employee Acknowledgment. Employee hereby agrees and acknowledges that the restrictions imposed upon him by the provisions of this Section 6 are fair and reasonable considering the nature of Employer’s business, and are reasonably required for Employer’s protection.
