Employee Address and Telephone Numbers. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to keep the District informed of his/her current address and a telephone number where he/she can be notified of emergencies, changes in schedules, disciplinary actions, overtime assignments, and other matters. Employee telephone numbers that are unlisted shall be held in confidence by the District to the greatest extent possible and used for no other purpose than contact by the District.
