EMPLOYEE ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS. The Employer shall establish policies requiring all employees to notify the Employer of any changes in their address, email address or phone number(s). The Employer shall place written verification of address and phone number changes in the employee's permanent personnel file, and the employee shall be provided with a copy. Failure to notify the Employer of address and phone number changes shall be considered just cause for discipline, and shall relieve management of notice requirements set forth in other sections of this Agreement.
