Employee Addresses and Telephone Numbers. 39.01 It shall be the responsibility of each employee to keep the Company advised of his\her address and telephone number and to notify the Company in writing of any change of address and of any change of telephone number. The Company shall have no responsibility to determine the correctness of the address or telephone number of any employee. The Company shall be deemed to have complied with any notice requirement if such notice is sent by registered mail to the last address shown on the Company’s records for the employee involved.
