EMPLOYEE AWARENESS OF PRIVACY REQUIREMENTS AND UNDERTAKING. The Supplier must ensure that any employee of the Supplier requiring or having access to any Personal Information held in connection with this Agreement: 3.1 is contractually obliged to observe the Information Privacy Principles; and 3.2 is informed that failure to comply with these obligations may lead the Supplier to take disciplinary action against the employee.
