Employee Benefit Plan Obligations. The Company does not maintain or have any obligations with respect to any employee benefit plan (within the meaning of Section 3(3) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA")). The Company is not, nor was it at any time, obligated to contribute to any employee pension benefit plan which is or was a multi-employer plan within the meaning of Section 3(37) of ERISA.
