Employee Benefits Programs. Employees must complete three (3) months of employment to be eligible for the benefit coverages out in Sections and Coverage commences on the first day following completion of three (3) months service and stops immediately upon termination. The Company and Union agree that the premium for these coverages will be paid by the Employer and by employee.
