JOINT TRAINING ON THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. The Union and the District will jointly train the Union Building Representatives, the site- based administrators and all personnel, as identified by the District, responsible for the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This training will take place in July or August of each year unless both parties mutually agree to extend the date for training. The purpose of this training is to ensure that all parties are made aware of the provisions in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
JOINT TRAINING ON THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. 1) KCFT & SRP and KCPS will jointly train all site-based administrators and all personnel responsible for the administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This training will take place in August of each year unless both parties agree to extend the date for the training. The purpose of this training is to ensure that all parties are made aware of the provisions in the CBA. KCFT & SRP and KCPS will jointly agree on the training team.
JOINT TRAINING ON THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. This training will take place prior to the first day of school each year, as mutually agreed to by the Union President and Executive Director of Human Resources.
