EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. As a condition of employment, the Executive is required to enter into the Employee Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). For purposes of this Agreement, the obligations in this Section 8 and those that arise in the Confidentiality Agreement and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, shall collectively be referred to as the “Continuing Obligations.” The Confidentiality Agreement includes a mutual arbitration provision.
