EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. Executive acknowledges and agrees that all obligations under the Employee Confidential Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement remain in full force and effect (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). For purposes of this Agreement, the obligations in this Section 8 and those that arise in the Confidentiality Agreement and any other agreement relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, shall collectively be referred to as the “Continuing Obligations.” The Confidentiality Agreement includes a mutual arbitration provision. Executive hereby reaffirms all of Executive’s Continuing Obligations.
