Employee Data Privacy. If the Grantee resides and/or works in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, the following provisions replace Section 12 of the Agreement in its entirety: ​ The Company, with its address at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000, XXX, is the controller responsible for the processing of the Grantee’s personal data by the Company and the third parties noted below, and its representative in Italy for privacy purposes is A.P.I. Applicazioni Plastiche Industriali S.p.A. with its registered address at Via Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx n. 27, 36065 Mussolente (VI) Italy.

If the Grantee Optionee resides and/or works in the EU/EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, the following provisions replace Section 12 10 of the Agreement in its entirety: ​ The Company, with its address at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000, XXX, is the controller responsible for the processing of the GranteeOptionee’s personal data by the Company and the third parties noted below, and its representative in Italy for privacy purposes is A.P.I. Applicazioni Plastiche Industriali S.p.A. with its registered address at Via Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx n. 27, 36065 Mussolente (VI) Italy.
