EMPLOYEE DEATH BENEFIT. 1. If an employee of the Bath Local School District, Xxxxx County, Ohio, dies while under contract, the employee’s beneficiary or estate will receive from the Bath Local School District an amount of money at the employee’s current per diem rate not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of unused accumulated sick leave days to a maximum of 120 days.
