Common use of EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY INSURANCE. Employee dishonesty insurance with respect to the Property Staff and any agents against employee dishonesty in an amount not less than the greater of (A) $1,500,000 or (B) an amount equal to the average monthly receipts from the Property;

EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY INSURANCE. Employee dishonesty insurance with respect to the Property Staff and any agents against employee dishonesty in an amount not less than the greater of (A) One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000 1,500,000.00) or (B) an amount equal to the average monthly receipts from all of the PropertyProperties;

Employee dishonesty insurance with respect to the Non-Property Staff and any agents agents, officers and employees of the Manager against employee dishonesty by any of such persons in an amount not less than the greater of (A) $1,500,000 or (B) an amount equal to the average monthly receipts from the Property;

EMPLOYEE DISHONESTY INSURANCE. Employee dishonesty insurance with respect to the Non-Property Staff and any agents agents, officers and employees of the Manager against employee dishonesty by any of such persons in an amount not less than the greater of (A) One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000 1,500,000.00) or (B) an amount equal to the average monthly receipts from all of the PropertyProperties;
