Employee Dispute Resolution Program. The parties acknowledge and agree that the parties have agreed to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the Parent’s Employee Dispute Resolution Program (“DRP”), as in effect from time to time, and any dispute between the parties arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement or Executive’s employment shall be resolved pursuant to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the DRP.
