Employee Health Confidentiality. The Harlem School District, Harlem Wellness Coordinator and the Human Resources Department will ensure that all personal health information collected from biometric screening is handled through a third party vendor that is not affiliated in any way with the Harlem School District. Employee confidentiality will be upheld throughout implementation of the Wellness Program.
