EMPLOYEE INNOVATIONS AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT -------------------- This Agreement shall automatically, without any further act on the part of the parties hereto, become effective at the Effective Time (as defined in the Reorganization Agreement and used herein with the same meaning) and is intended to formalize in writing certain understandings and procedures which have been in effect since the time I was initially employed by iPrint Technologies, inc., a Delaware corporation, and applies to all employment by its subsidiaries and any and all entities merged into or with those subsidiaries ("Company").
