This Employee Proprietary Information, Inventions, Non-competition, and Non-solicitation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made in consideration for my employment or continued employment by NewLink Genetics Corporation or any of its subsidiaries (the “Company”), and the compensation now and hereafter paid to me. I hereby agree as follows:

In consideration of my employment by Global Cash Access, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), I hereby agree to certain restrictions placed by the Company on my use and development of information and technology of the Company, as more fully set out below.

The Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of June 29, 2016, between Xxxxxx Xxxxx (referred to below as T, “My”, “Myself, or “Me”) and Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc., having an office at 00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxx, XX, 00000 (referred to below together with its subsidiaries and affiliates as the “Company”).

(the “Company”), I hereby agree to certain restrictions placed by the Company on my use and development of information and technology of the Company, as more fully set out below.

In consideration of this employment agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Mad Catz Inc., and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (collectively, the “Parties), the Parties hereby agree that the Agreement entitled AGREEMENT RELATING TO EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIALITY, NON-DISCLOSURE AND ASSIGNMENT OF INVENTIONS, PATENTS, IDEAS AND DISCOVERIES and attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby made part of this employment agreement.
