During the Restricted Period, Executive will not, whether on Executive’s own behalf or on behalf or in conjunction with any Person, directly or indirectly: (i) solicit or encourage any employee of the Company Group to leave the employment of the Company Group; (ii) hire or solicit for employment any employee who was employed by the Company Group as of the date of Executive’s termination of employment with the Company Group for any reason or who left the employment of the Company Group coincident with, or within one year prior to, the date of Executive’s termination of employment with the Company Group for any reason; or (iii) encourage any material consultant of the Company Group to cease working with the Company Group.
