Employee Personal Data. We retain Personal Data about Your employees, (Your “Employee Personal Data”), we do this within Our internal systems, Your adding of a new user to Your OpenCRM system automatically updates Our OpenCRM system with this Employee Personal data. We promise not to Sell, Rent or Gift any data including any Employee Personal Data. We only use or share relevant Employee Personal Data where it is specifically necessary for the delivery of Your OpenCRM system to You. Your Employee Personal Data that we no longer require to hold will be erased by Us 2 years after its last reasonable use.
Employee Personal Data. Each Employee shall notify the Payroll Department in writing of any change in personal date (i.e., address, phone number, etc.). Any correspondence sent to the Employee from the Employer shall be deemed sent if forwarded to the address on file with the Payroll Department.
