Employee Policies. The School shall adopt and implement personnel policies in accordance with state and federal law to address, among other topics, hiring and termination of personnel, terms of employment and compensation. All employee discipline decisions will be made by the School. Terms of the employment relationship are described in the Employee Handbook submitted in accordance with the CSI online compliance calendar (or its replacement). The Handbook may be amended or revised at the discretion of the School, with a copy of the amended or revised Handbook provided to the Institute.
