Common use of Employee Representation and Voluntary Membership Clause in Contracts

Employee Representation and Voluntary Membership. The parties expressly recognize the right of each employee to freely join or refrain from joining the JLESPA/MEA/NMEA/NEA and no employee shall be discriminated against by reason of his joining or refusing to join JLESPA/MEA/NMEA/NEA.
