Common use of Employee Security and Regularization Clause in Contracts

The following bargaining units exercised the option to amend their regularization provisions under Article 6.1.4 of the 1998 Common Agreement: Camosun College BCGEU Unit #701 Faculty Association of the College of New Caledonia College of the Rockies Faculty Association University College of the Cariboo Faculty Association Kwantlen Faculty Association Malaspina Faculty Association Malaspina University College BCGEU Unit #702 Okanagan University College Faculty Association Okanagan University College BCGEU Unit #707 University College of the Fraser Valley Faculty and Staff Association Northern Lights College BCGEU ▇▇▇▇ #▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ #▇▇▇ Article 6.1 will be continued and will provide the parameters for regularization for those bargaining units listed above that are Parties to the renewed 2001 Common Agreement.
