Common use of Employee Termination Obligations Clause in Contracts

Employee Termination Obligations. Employee agrees that all property, including, without limitation, all equipment, tangible confidential and proprietary information, documents, records, notes, contracts, and computer-generated materials furnished to or prepared by Employee incident to her employment belongs to Employer and shall be returned promptly to Employer upon termination of Employee's employment. Employee's obligations under this subsection shall survive the termination of her employment and the expiration of this Agreement.
