Common use of Employee without Just Cause Clause in Contracts

Employee without Just Cause. The employment of Employee may be --------------------------- terminated at any time by Employee upon not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the Company other than for Just Cause. In the event of termination of Employee pursuant to this Section 7.7, the Company may elect to waive the period of notice, or any portion thereof. Any such waiver shall be given only by a written instrument authorized by the Board of Directors.
