EMPLOYEE XXXX OF RIGHTS. Section One. Employees covered by this Agreement shall suffer no reprisals for exercising their rights under this Agreement. Employees covered by this Agreement shall have full rights to union representation in the processing of grievances and in investigatory meetings which the employee believes may lead to disciplinary action.

No employee shall be requested to sign a statement of an admission of guilt to be used in any disciplinary proceeding without being advised of his/her right to Union representation and any such waiver of representation shall be in writing.
