Common use of Employee’s Access to File Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Access to File. a. After receiving a request from an employee, the Superintendent in respect of the district file, or the principal of the school in respect of any school file, shall forthwith grant access to that employee’s file. b. An appropriate Board official shall be present when an employee views their file. They may be accompanied by an individual of their choosing.
