Employee's Beneficiary Sample Clauses

Employee's Beneficiary. Any payments to be made after the death of EMPLOYEE pursuant to the terms of this AGREEMENT shall be made to such person or entity as shall be designated in writing by EMPLOYEE, to the ASSIGNEE. If no person or entity is so designated by EMPLOYEE, or if the person designated is not living at the time of EMPLOYEE’S death, such payments shall be made to the estate of EMPLOYEE. No such designation, nor any revocation thereof, shall be effective unless it is in writing and delivered to the ASSIGNEE. The designation must be in a form acceptable to the ASSIGNEE before such payments are made.

Employee's Beneficiary. As long as this Agreement remains in effect, the death benefit provided under the Policy, if any, shall be paid directly to the Employee's beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the Corporation at the direction of the Employee, in the manner and in the amount or amounts provided in the beneficiary designation provision of the Policy.
Employee's Beneficiary. If Employee's Beneficiary dies before a total of 120 monthly payments have been made to Employee and his Beneficiary, then the unpaid balance of such 120 payments shall continue to be paid by the Company to Employee's estate.
